The Network Time manual was produced using Claris MacWrite Pro and uses the Times, Helvetica, Symbol and Apple Courier fonts for text and the ITC Zapf Dingbats font for bullets. It is intended that it be printed on an Apple LaserWriter or other PostScript printer on US Legal (8 1/2´´ X 14´´) paper in double-sided book form.
The manual contains 4 pages at the front, the title page and roman numbered pages ii–iv, and 36 additional pages, for a total of 40. So, the fifth page of the manual is actually numbered page 1.
A PostScript copy of this document is provided in 4 sections: Right-hand (odd numbered) pages i–15, left-hand (even numbered) pages ii–16, right-hand (odd numbered) pages 17–35, and left-hand (even numbered) pages 18–36. To print out the manual, print pages i–15, reverse the order of the sheets, print pages 18–36 on the same side, flip the sheets over, print pages ii–16, reverse the order again, and then print pages 17–35.
There is a set of PostScript files created using the "Manual Feed" option in the LaserWriter printing dialog and one set using the "Paper Cassette" option; use the set of files appropriate for your printer.
